Acceptance

By using Reelifyads (the website at reelifyads.com and the web application), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who you are contracting with

Reelifyads is operated by Reelifyads, an individual (not a registered business entity). "reelifyads" is the product brand, not a separate company. Contact: [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree to use Reelifyads only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Create false, misleading, or unsubstantiated advertising claims
Infringe on others’ intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
Generate, store, or distribute harmful, harassing, or illegal content
Bypass render quotas, regeneration limits, or other usage controls
Violate AI provider, stock footage, music, or third-party media license terms
Use YouTube, social-platform, or other third-party clips in renders without rights to the underlying footage
Scrape, crawl (except as allowed by our robots.txt), harvest, or systematically download the service, Library, catalogs, search results, or media files
Access non-public areas of the service, interfere with infrastructure, or script bulk account or content creation that burdens the platform
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service or substantial portions of the Platform Library as a competing media catalog

Your uploads and warranties

You may upload product media, logos, footage, templates, scripts, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of User Content you create. By uploading or submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own it or have all licenses, rights, consents, and permissions needed to upload it and to grant the license below
Your User Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any third party
You will not upload material obtained by scraping or bulk-copying another commercial media library or competing service in violation of that service’s terms
You assume all risk related to claims arising from User Content and from ads you publish that include it

Early access (local-first)

Reelifyads early access works without an account in your browser. Optional sign-in, cloud render history, subscriptions, and publish integrations may be added later and will be described when available. We may change, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.

Accounts (when available)

If we enable accounts, you are responsible for activity under yours and for keeping access to your email and auth methods secure. You may sign out at any time; account deletion may be requested by contacting us.

Advanced AI overrides

When you add an advanced OpenRouter or other AI provider key on your device, you are solely responsible for:

Keeping keys secure on your device
Compliance with each provider’s terms of service
Any costs incurred from your use of those providers
Reviewing AI output before using it in paid advertising

Usage limits

Early access is free in your browser. AI generation uses platform AI by default, subject to usage limits for cost and fair use. Early access (planned): up to 10 completed renders per month, 5 regenerations per wizard step, 15 regenerations per video session, and up to 15 seconds per video. Planned paid tiers when billing launches: Creator ($29/mo) — 30 renders/mo, 8 regen/step, 24/session, up to 30s; Growth ($49/mo) — 75 renders/mo, 12 regen/step, 40/session, up to 60s. Limits may change before billing goes live; paid subscribers will receive notice for future billing periods.

Fair use of the service

You must not circumvent render or regeneration limits, resell access to the service, scrape or bulk-harvest the Platform Library, or use automated means to exceed quotas. Compiling Reelifyads media, templates, or catalog metadata to build or expand a competing media database, directory, or library is forbidden. Abuse may result in suspension when accounts and billing are enabled.

Subscriptions and payments (when available)

If we enable paid plans, fees, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees may be non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may change pricing with notice for future periods.

EU withdrawal and digital content

If you are in the EU and purchase a paid plan, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting a paid subscription and using digital features immediately, you acknowledge that digital content begins at once and you waive the withdrawal right for the current period where permitted by law.

AI and ad content disclaimer

AI-generated briefs, ideas, and scripts may be inaccurate, off-brand, or unsuitable for your product. Reelifyads does not guarantee ad performance, reach, virality, or conversion. You are responsible for reviewing all ad claims and on-screen text before posting to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms. You use AI output at your own risk.

Stock footage, music, and attribution

Rendered videos may include curated clips from our Platform Library, partner stock footage when integrated, live partner search results when offered, and royalty-free music. Third-party assets remain subject to their providers’ licenses. Attribution may be required; we embed attribution metadata in the render where applicable. We do not claim ownership of third-party stock or studio footage that remains owned by its rightsholders. You are responsible for compliant use on ad platforms and for not misrepresenting licensed assets as your own original filming. Optional live partner APIs (when enabled) are for in-product search and composition only—not for building your own offline mirror of that partner’s catalog.

Platform Library license and restrictions

The curated footage, templates, sounds, and related catalog data we make available in Reelifyads (the "Platform Library") are licensed to you only for creating and exporting videos through the service for your lawful advertising and creative projects. Except as expressly allowed by a specific asset’s license notice or a written agreement with us:

You may not download, scrape, or systematically copy the Platform Library or substantial portions of it for redistribution, resale, or to operate a competing clip/template library
You may not remove watermarks, license notices, or attribution metadata except where the product UI expressly permits watermark-free export under your plan
You may not use Platform Library assets in a way that implies endorsement by or affiliation with us or the underlying rightsholders
You may not use our APIs, exports, or bulk downloads (if any) to replicate the look, catalog depth, or media inventory of the service
Standalone redistribution of raw Library files outside a finished project export is not granted

Intellectual property

The Reelifyads software, website, branding, and Platform Library selection/arrangement are owned by Reelifyads or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal or internal business purposes while these terms apply. By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the service (including generating and exporting your videos). You retain ownership of scripts and ad copy you create; your rights in finished output videos are subject to third-party media licenses and the Platform Library restrictions above. We may remove content or disable assets at our discretion, including after copyright notices.

Copyright notices

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material available through Reelifyads infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (1) identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material (URL or asset id if known); (2) your contact information; (3) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; (4) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (5) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable access to material and, where accounts exist, terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. This process is intended to work alongside applicable notice-and-takedown laws; it is not a substitute for independent legal advice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that renders will meet platform ad policies or quality expectations, or that any particular clip will remain available or cleared for every jurisdiction or campaign type.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or abuse the service when enforcement mechanisms exist. Local data in your browser remains under your control unless you delete it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelifyads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

Loss of local wizard data, scripts, or rendered videos
Costs from third-party AI, footage, or payment providers
Reliance on AI-generated ad copy or ad performance
Stock media unavailable, mismatched, or removed by third parties
Copyright, trademark, or platform claims arising from User Content or published ads
Interruption, error, or unavailability of the service

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time (e.g. when billing or accounts launch). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
